Tami Firsick

Tami Firsick is the Benefits Technology Specialist at Sonus Benefits.

She is a key component of Sonus Benefits’ efficient and excellent customer service. Her primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the various online benefits platforms that Sonus utilizes such as, Employee Navigator, ThinkHR, and Zywave.

She boasts 8 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her past career as an elementary school teacher allows her diverse range of skills to perfectly lend themselves for other administrative duties she executes in support of the Sonus Benefits team.

Tami enjoys spending time with her family playing cards or board games, and especially loves playing with her grandchildren!
